White sauce pasta
Ingredients required are...
1.To cook pasta-
(a) Water {to boil}
(b) Pasta {250 gms }
(c) Salt {1 tbsp}
2. To cook vegetables-
(a) Butter/oil {2 tbsp}
(b) Garlic { 1 tsp finely chopped}
(c) 1 Large onion{ medium chopped}
(d) 2 Capsicum {red & green medium chopped}
(e) 2 Carrot {medium chopped}
(f) Salt {1/2 tsp}
(g) Red chilli flakes {1 tsp}
3. To make sauce-
(a) Butter {1 tbsp}
(b) Refined flour /maida{2 tbsp}
(c) Milk {3 cups}
(d) Maggi masala {1 tbsp}
(e) Salt {as per taste }
(f) Oregano{optional}
[Here we can also add processed cheese 100 gms to make it more creamy ,but i m not using it.]

METHOD ----
1.Firstly,cook the pasta with some salt till it become 3/4 done, strain it and keep it aside .
2.Heat a pan with butter and add chopped garlic and saute, add onion, carrot & capsicum, some salt & red chilli and stir them on high flame when the veggies cooked keep them aside.
3.Heat a pan with some butter once the butter is melted add maida and mix it well , now slowly add milk to it and whisk it well make sure that there are no lumps ,cook until it become thickens.
4.When the mixture become creamy add salt, maggi masala & oregano, mix it well.
5.Now add cooked veggies and pasta let it to cook for 10 minutes.
Here the pasta is ready to serve garnish it with some corriander leafs.
