Eggless Vanilla Sponge Cake🍰🍰
Hello friends, today I m going to share the recipe of soft & spongy eggless vanilla cake made with no oven , no beater. We will make this in pressure cooker. This recipe is very simple and will come out amazing with minimum ingredients . Now lets start the recipe....😋😋...
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED are_----_::::
⇒Dry ingredients..
(a) Flour/Maida - 195g or 1&1/2 cups
(b) Powdered sugar - 54g or 1/3 cups
(c) Baking powder - 1&1/2 tsp
(d) Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
⇒Wet ingredients..
(a)Butter - 3 tbsp or 42.5 g
(b) Oil - 3 tbsp or 42.5 ml
(c) Condensed milk - 3/4 cup or 240 g
(d) Milk - 1 cup or 240 ml
(e) Vinegar - 1&1/2 tsp
(f) Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
[Salt - 1 cup (for baking)]
⟹METHOD:
1. Add 1 cup of salt in pressure cooker, then place a perforated plate and a utensil wire stand in bottom. Close the lid , remove the whistle and let it heat in medium-high flame for about 10 minutes.
2. Now for baking, grease a cake tin with butter or oil and dust with flour/maida or instead of dusting we can also use butter paper.

3. In a mixing bowl, add butter, oil, powdered sugar and whip for a minutes to make it smooth, once it looks creamy ,add condensed milk and start whipping until it become thick & slightly fluffy.
4. In another bowl mix vinegar, vanilla essence with milk placed at room temperature and keep it aside for a minute.
5. Now add half of this milk+vinegar mixture with the mixture of condensed milk now mix it well.
6. Sieve the flour, baking soda & baking powder together .
7. Mix all the dry & wet mixture together, and whisk properly make sure there are no lumps . Now add the remaining milk+vinegar mixture gradually to form smooth batter. Here the cake batter is ready to bake.
8. Pour the batter into the container or cake tin and placed it in a cooker carefully and close it without cooker whistle. Bake it for 40-45 minutes in medium- low flame.
9. After the given time check the cake by poking a toothpick in its center if it is clear here the cake is ready if not bake it for some another minutes .
10. When the cake is ready, place the container at room temperature let the cake cool down completely and then demould it.
[We can simply eat this or we can also use frosting on it] Here the cake is ready to serve..EAT & ENJOY😋😋🍰
